• To meet legal and statutory requirements as set forth for being a Licensed MM2H Agency / Operating Company under the Tourism Act;
• To provide you with regular communications relating to the MM2H Programme and our related Services.

Any information requested by us is necessary and mandatory for us to facilitate your MM2H application. We will not be able to provide you the MM2H related services and relevant updates or information if you fail to provide us with the information requested by us.

• With the MM2H One Stop Centre (OSC) of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC);
• With the Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM);

• With service providers who work on our behalf, such as cloud storage providers, and other third party partners that provide features or functionalities we integrate into our Website, such as email communication providers;
