Scope
Our Services
We are more than a runner who handles the physical submission at the MM2H One Stop Centre counter. Our services cover the end-to-end process:

Free Consultation
We handle enquiries and Q&A (from pre-application to post-endorsement) and provide free professional consultation over chats, emails, phone calls and/or face-to-face meetings.

Document Preparation
We assist and guide you with preparation of all required documents for your MM2H submission to MOTAC, including photocopying, scanning, digitalization and data safe-keeping.

Application Processing
We officially represent you as your licensed agent to liaise directly with MOTAC and Immigration for your entire MM2H application process end-to-end.

Submission to OSC
We handle the online submission at the MM2H Portal and the physical submission of your documents to MOTAC One-Stop Centre (OSC) in Putrajaya.

Status Check & Approval Updates
We keep you updated on your application status and follow up with OSC Putrajaya until the Approval Letter is issued.

Bank Account Opening Assistance
We assist you to select your bank and open your Malaysia bank account after approval, before or after arrival.

Medical Checkup
We arrange and accompany you to the selected hospital for the compulsory medical checkup before endorsement.

Medical Insurance Purchase
We arrange the compulsory first-year medical insurance from a reputable Malaysian insurance company.

MM2H Pass/Visa Endorsement
We collect your passports and represent you at MOTAC OSC Putrajaya for the endorsement, and return your endorsed passports safely.
