Wanda (MM2H) Sdn Bhd was founded in 2019 by a group of Malaysian professionals with decades of combined experience across financial services, property development, medical and healthcare, import and export, ICT, and education.
We are a MM2H licensed agent appointed by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) to handle Malaysia My Second Home applications on behalf of international applicants. Our MOTAC license (No: MM2H85) is valid from August 2025 through August 2028, and our registration can be verified on the official MOTAC registry.

How to Verify a Licensed MM2H Agent
Ask for the MOTAC license number
Every legitimate agent has a license number issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture. Wanda's is MM2H85. If an agent hesitates to share theirs, that is a significant red flag.
Check the license validity period
Licenses are issued for fixed terms. An expired license means the agent cannot legally submit applications.
Wanda's current license runs through August 2028.
Confirm the license type
Look for 'Inbound' under the Field column, which means the agent is authorised to bring foreign applicants into Malaysia. Some tourism licenses cover outbound travel only and do not qualify for MM2H work.

Is Wanda a government-approved MM2H agent?
Yes. Wanda (MM2H) Sdn Bhd holds MOTAC License No. MM2H85, classified as Inbound (Ibu Pejabat). Our license is valid from 25 August 2025 to 24 August 2028. We are also a member of the Malaysia My Second Home Consultants Association (MM2HCA), Certificate No. M-250.
Can I apply for MM2H without using an agent?
No. Since 2024, MOTAC requires all MM2H applications to be submitted through a licensed agent. Direct applications are no longer accepted. This policy was introduced to improve compliance and processing quality. You should confirm that your chosen agent holds a valid, current MOTAC license before proceeding.
What languages does Wanda support?
