MM2H Fees

MM2H Fees: What You Pay, and to Whom

The agent fee is fixed by the Malaysian government, not by the agency. Here is that fee for every category, what it already covers, and the government charges that fall outside it.

Why the Price Is the Same Everywhere

Agent Fees Are Set by the Government

Under the new MM2H policy (Version 2024), the Malaysian Government has fixed and standardised the agent fees a licensed MM2H agent can charge applicants for services related to MM2H applications.

Gazetted and price-controlled

The MM2H Agent Fees are gazetted and controlled by the Malaysia Government. It is an offence against the Price Control Act if the sellers (MM2H agents) or the buyers (MM2H applicants) sell or buy the MM2H services as provided at a price LOWER or HIGHER than the fixed charge. The fee schedule is published in the Federal Government Gazette P.U. (A) 185, dated 9 July 2024.

So a quote below the gazetted fee is not a discount - it is a warning sign. What separates one licensed agency from another is the service, not the price.
