About the Programme
MM2H AGENT FEES
(NEW APPLICATION)
In the new policy of MM2H (Version 2024), the Malaysia Government has Fixed and Standardized the agent fees that a licensed MM2H agent can charge to the MM2H applicants for services related to MM2H applications.
The MM2H Agent Fees are gazetted and controlled by the Malaysia Government . It is an offense against the Price Control Act, if the sellers (MM2H agents) or the buyers (MM2H applicants) sell or buy the MM2H services as provided at a price LOWER or HIGHER than the FIXED price as stated in the Federal Government Gazette document, P.U. (A) 185, dated 9-July 2024.

Categories & Requirements
The MM2H programme is structured into four tiers, each with distinct financial commitments, visa durations, and benefits.

Processing Fee
(One-time) Processing Fee for Principal of RM5,000, payable to Immigration Department
MM2H Pass Fee
MM2H Pass Fee for Principal at RM500/year, or RM 2,500 (for 5 years), RM 5,000 (for 10 years), RM 7,500 (for 15 years) and RM10,000 (for 20 years), payable to Immigration Department
Multiple Entry Visa
MEV (Multiple Entry Visa) Fee, range from RM0/year to RM50/year, depending on nationality, payable to Immigration Department
Medical Insurance
Medical insurance (for 1 year, if below 60 years old) fee, payable to any Malaysia insurance company
Medical Checkup Fee
Medical checkup fee, payable to any hospital/clinic in Malaysia
Stamp Duty
Personal bond with stamp duty, payable to Malaysia Inland Revenue Department (LHDN)

The above fixed agent fees are INCLUSIVE of the 8% Sales & Services Tax (SST), IF applicable.

- The dependent fee structure is identical across all four MM2H categories. The primary difference between categories lies in the principal applicant's fixed deposit amount, property purchase requirement, and visa validity period.
- The above government related disbursements and fees are not SUBJECT to 8% Sales & Services Tax (SST).
