Handle Your MM2H Application Process
We handle all of the application procedures, documentations, and submission for your Malaysia My Second Home Programme application from A to Z — saving you time and hassle in the paperwork required.
Provide you with the latest information on the terms and conditions to join the Malaysia My Second Home Programme.
Prepare your application for submission to the Immigration Department & Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC). We ensure your application form is filled up properly and all the required supporting documents are attached and certified.
Sign on your Personal Bond with the Government of Malaysia as sponsor to guarantee for good conduct throughout your stay in Malaysia under the MM2H programme.
Inform you about your application status until you receive the Conditional Approval letter from the Immigration Department of Malaysia. You will need to arrive in Malaysia within 6 months from the date of Conditional Approval.

Assist You to Relocate to Malaysia
We assist you and your family members to relocate to Malaysia with arrangements such as transportation, accommodation, government departments, and more — upon your first arrival to Malaysia.

Assist you to open a fixed deposit account with a bank in Malaysia and arrange for insurance policy and medical report (if required).
Bring you to the Immigration Department to pay the required visa fees and have your passport stamped with Malaysia My Second Home sticker.

How long does the MM2H application process take?
The processing time typically ranges from 3 to 6 months from submission to conditional approval, depending on the completeness of your documents and the current application volume. Wanda manages the entire timeline and keeps you updated at every stage so you don't have to worry about delays or missed deadlines.
What documents do I need to prepare?
The key documents required include a valid passport with at least 18 months validity, bank statements showing proof of financial stability, a police clearance certificate (Letter of Good Conduct), a medical report, a letter of intent, and recent passport-sized photos. Wanda will provide you with a detailed checklist and guide you through obtaining each document.
Do I need to be in Malaysia to apply?
No, you do not need to be in Malaysia during the application phase. Wanda handles the entire submission process on your behalf remotely. However, once you receive your conditional approval letter, you will need to travel to Malaysia within 6 months for the visa endorsement, medical check-up, and insurance enrolment.
What happens after I receive conditional approval?
After receiving your conditional approval letter, you will need to open a fixed deposit account at a Malaysian bank, initiate a property purchase within 12 months that meets your tier's minimum threshold, undergo a medical examination in Malaysia, enrol in a valid Malaysian medical insurance plan, and visit the Immigration Department for your visa endorsement and passport stamping.
Can you help with school placement for my children?
Absolutely. We assist MM2H families in finding suitable international schools that match your children's age, curriculum preference (British, American, IB, or Australian), and location. We can also help with the student pass application required for dependants studying in Malaysia.
What if my application is rejected?
While rejections are uncommon when applications are properly prepared, Wanda reviews every application thoroughly before submission to minimise the risk. If an application does not receive approval, we will advise you on the reasons and guide you on whether reapplication is viable and what adjustments are needed.
What are the government and agency fees?
Government participation fees vary by tier: RM 40,000 for Silver and SEZ, RM 55,000 for Gold, and RM 70,000 for Platinum. These fees cover the official processing by MOTAC and the Immigration Department. Agency professional fees are separate and will be discussed transparently during your consultation with no hidden charges.
Can Wanda help me after my visa is approved?
Yes, our support does not end at visa approval. Our value-added services cover house rental or purchase assistance, housemaid applications, shipping of personal belongings, utility and broadband setup, fixed deposit withdrawal applications, car import arrangements, and business registration in Malaysia.
